RDA Group Revenues Continue to Rise in 2013
Diversification and Automotive Quality Tracking Platform Drive Growth
Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, March 1, 2014 – RDA Group, a leading global market research and consulting firm, announces financial results for 2013. Revenue for the year was $20.83 million; up 9% from the previous year and nearly 50% over the last five years.

The significant revenue growth over the past few years has been driven primarily through client diversification and the successful launch of RDA Group’s new Quality Feedback System®, an automotive research platform that tracks vehicle quality and customer satisfaction.

The Quality Feedback System is a global survey and online reporting portal that allows automotive manufacturers a cost effective platform to measure vehicle quality across the globe in a consumer’s native language.  At this time, four of largest six automotive manufacturers in the world subscribe to the service, conducting research across 30 different countries and in 20 different languages.

The company also announced last year that they were re-certified under ISO 9001:2008 and will have ISO 27001/27002 certification later this year.

RDA Group has been ISO certified since 2004 and has recently achieved the ISO 9001:2008 recertification status through May, 2014. ISO 9001 is a set of international standard and guidance documents for quality management and quality assurance. The ISO standard represents an international consensus on good management practices, policies and procedures with the aim of ensuring organizations can, time and time again, deliver the services that meet the customer’s quality requirements.
