RDA Group Revenues Jump in 2011
Diversification and Innovative Solutions Drive Growth
Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, March 23, 2012 – RDA Group, a leading global market research and consulting firm, announces financial results for 2011. Revenue for the year was $17.5 million; up 16% from 2010.

The increase in revenue was driven in large by strong performances from our automotive, commercial vehicle and public utilities business units, all reporting double-digit growth.

"We are delighted with our strong performance in 2011 and are excited about the potential for further growth in 2012," says Don Pietrowski, President of the RDA Group. "To achieve this type of growth in these difficult financial times is a testament to the strength of our people and the premium we place on exceeding our clients’ expectations”.
 
A key development in 2011 was the launch of RDA Group’s new automotive Quality Connections Feedback System (QCFS), an innovative survey tracking and reporting platform which allows automotive manufacturers the ability to track initial and long term vehicle quality, in all the major international markets.

“The new QCFS platform is the cumulative result of over 40 years of experience conducting quality research for the automotive industry,” according to Frank Forkin, Partner and Executive Vice President of RDA. “The response from our clients has been extremely positive leading to several new revenue streams in 2011”.
 
 
 

RDA Group Receives ISO Recertification
For Meeting Consumer Market Research and Consulting Quality Standards

Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, April 21, 2012 - RDA Group, a leading global market research and consulting firm, announces it has achieved recertification to the ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management Systems standards and guidelines.

RDA Group has been ISO certified since 2004 and has recently achieved the ISO 9001:2008 recertification status through May, 2014.
