On Thursday, April 29, 2010 Dr. Duane Trojniak, Ph.D. (Vice President, Statistical Modeling and Consulting) presented "The Real Cost of Quality" at the society of Automotive Analysts (SAA) Networking Breakfast held at Oakland University - School of Business Administration Auditorium.

Dr. Trojniak's presentation focused on how the dynamics of product quality continue to change and how both OEM's and suppliers need to work together to adapt to these changes.
