RDA Group is committed to maintaining the privacy and
security of Personal Information. Examples of Personal Information include, but
are not limited to, a person's name, address, phone number, date of birth, gender,
etc. Personal Information collected from individuals in the course of conducting
RDA Group business will be used in a manner consistent with the practices and
policies described herein. RDA Group is committed to protecting the identity
of those who respond to its surveys for several reasons: - RDA Group
is bound by the professional standards and ethics of the survey research industry
- State
and federal law requires market research companies to respect and protect respondent
privacy
- The integrity of RDA Group's research processes require private
and secure data
- As a family owned company, there is a personal, vested
interest in protecting respondent privacy
Additionally, RDA Group is a Safe Harbor company, and as such, adheres to the Safe Harbor Agreement concerning the transfer of personal data from the European Union (EU) to the United States. RDA Group follows the Safe Harbor Principles published by U.S. Department of Commerce with respect to all such data and this policy complies with such Principles. Aspects of this Policy pertaining solely to the Safe Harbor Principles are explained in the section titled "Safe Harbor" (below).
RDA Group respects the legal requirements that exist regarding
the privacy of Personal Information and is dedicated to complying with all applicable
law. The privacy practices and policies described herein apply only as far as
is permitted by applicable laws, legal requirements and industry standards. RDA
Group will, from time to time, review its Personal Information collection, usage
and disclosure practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. RDA
Group is a market research firm, not a direct marketer. RDA Group does NOT use
Personal Information for sales or direct marketing purposes. On a global basis,
RDA Group will direct its affiliates to establish and maintain business procedures
that are consistent with this Privacy Policy. Many companies using RDA Group research
to provide goods and services to the public are themselves required by federal,
state and, in some cases, international law to protect the confidentiality, privacy
and security of the data. Surveys conducted by RDA Group may occasionally
include invitations to participate in a panel or marketing program sponsored by
an organization other than RDA Group. For such cases, RDA Group encourages survey
recipients to read the privacy policy of the issuer of the invitation, as RDA
Group makes no promises or guarantees regarding data collected as a result of
participating in a non-RDA Group sponsored program. For your convenience,

Privacy Policy are provided throughout this site, RDA Group can make no promises
or guarantees regarding the data collection practices of sites not owned by this
company. You are therefore encouraged to read the privacy policy/statement for

How We Use Your Information. RDA Group
collects and uses Personal Information in the process of conducting its research
business consistent with notices detailed on each survey instrument. RDA Group
will not share Personal Information with any other company or organization except
as noted in the section on "Data Sharing and Transfer" (below). Personal
Information may be acquired from a client or other third party for the purposes
of conducting survey research, or may be collected during the survey process.
In addition to gathering Personal Information, RDA Group surveys may also ask
survey respondents for additional characteristics and attributes (collectively,
"Demographic Information"). Personal and Demographic Information is
used by RDA Group to develop aggregated categories of types of respondents (e.g.,
"men, aged 35-50" or "female college graduates"). In
the course of interviewing survey respondents, RDA Group gathers other types of
information by asking questions about interests, opinions, attitudes, and needs
(collectively, "Operating Information"). These are aggregated and analyzed
to allow RDA Group to draw conclusions and make recommendations to clients about
such things as products, services, political, social, or environmental events
and situations. RDA Group uses Operating, Personal and Demographic Information
solely in the conduct of its research business except as noted in the section
on "Data Sharing and Transfer." RDA Group may combine Operating, Personal
and/or Demographic Information with (a) public records, (b) other data collected
by the company or (c) data from other corporate entities, legally gathered and
allowed by law to be shared with RDA Group.
Data Sharing and Transfer
The Personal Information of RDA Group's respondents will not be shared with
any other organization or company without prior disclosure except under the following
circumstances: - RDA Group is obliged to disclose the information by
law
- The company must protect the safety of a person or persons
- The
company needs to do so in order to protect its rights and property
- The
company must comply with this policy
Additionally,
when RDA Group is operating as a research agent for clients, information you provide
may be provided to such clients. In these cases, clients have agreed not to share
or resell these data or to use any personally identifiable information except
for the purpose of the specific research project for which the data were collected. As
part of its research business, RDA Group may also share Operating, Personal and
Demographic Information with third-party sub-contractors for completion of a phase
of a research project, such as data collection or tabulation. These third-party
partners are bound by agreement not to share or resell these data or to use any
personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing their
services (see Safe Harbor section below specifically regarding EU data transfer). RDA Group is an expanding business, and like other companies,
the company may acquire or divest business units. As part of such transfers, RDA
Group may convey the business assets of the particular business unit, including
Operating, Personal and Demographic Information residing in existing project databases.

The individual may need to provide sufficient identifying information to confirm the identity of the person making the request. Such access may be denied or limited, however, if providing such access is unreasonably burdensome, expensive, and/or if such access would violate another person's rights. In some circumstances, RDA Group may charge a reasonable fee for access to personal data.
When RDA Group receives personal data from the EU merely for processing purposes and does not control the collection of the personal data, RDA Group may not provide notification of this Policy to the individuals to which such personal data relates. In such an event, RDA Group reserves the right to process personal data in the course of providing services to its clients without the knowledge of the individuals involved.

Processes regarding information received from the EU will be specifically reviewed to ensure conformance to Safe Harbor Principles. RDA Group will self-certify annually with the U.S. Department of Commerce as being in compliance with the Principles.
Questions or concerns can be directed to the RDA Group privacy officer. See the "Contact Us" section below for details. RDA Group will investigate the matter and attempt to resolve all issues to the satisfaction of the individual raising the concern. If the matter cannot be settled in this way, RDA Group agrees to cooperate with EU data protection authorities.
