“cookie-cutter” measurement systems to different client programs. Each new and ongoing research study incorporates all of our accumulated applied knowledge of customer satisfaction research as well as the latest information available from the academic community.

In addition to the research, RDA Group has conducted countless “ad hoc” research studies for its diverse client base. These “one-time” research studies have been varied in both subject matter and targeted customer groups.
