RDA Group has assisted many of our clients in measuring and understanding their own employee satisfaction.  Examples of these research programs include the following:

  • Employee Intra-Departmental Relations and Standards Measurement – RDA Group conducts this study using two similar, yet customized, mail surveys to employees of two departments within a major automotive manufacturing company. The objectives of the surveys are to measure satisfaction with employee relations, internal communications, and training. In addition, the surveys measures employee perception of department performance in meeting company-established standards. Survey results are tracked over time.
  • National Employee Services Center Customer Satisfaction Survey –  RDA Group conducts telephone surveys among employees that contact this company’s human resources call-in center for information. The research objectives are to identify strengths and weaknesses of the center, measure customer satisfaction with the services provided, and obtain specific feedback/input for improvements to the center.
  • National Retirement Survey – This study is conducted for the company’s Employee Services Center, Communications Team. A national mail survey is used to obtain feedback from recent retirees on the retirement process and printed materials provided to them.
  • Hourly Open Enrollment Survey – RDA Group conducts a national mail study among hourly employees who enroll in health care and/or dental plans. The study obtains feedback on employee experiences with the company’s open enrollment center and/or the printed materials received regarding recent enrollment.
  • Customer Service Process Analysis – RDA Group distributes surveys to Customer Service Representatives and Team Leaders to identify concerns and recommendations for improving the process of handling customer contact.
